put a link in a form?

I have a survey in word. I have multiple questions, 4 checkboxes per
question and a link to more information for each question. The "more
information" for each question is below the set of questions. The link works
when the form is unlocked, but the checkboxes do not. When the form is
locked, the checkboxes work but the hyperlinks do not. What do I do???
 
You should ask this question in a forum relating to MS Word - this one is for MS Access, the database product.
