microsoft.public.frontpage.client is mostly about designing Web pages.

microsoft.public.frontpage.programming is mostly about writing procedural
code within the context of FrontPage. This includes languages such as
JavaScript, VBScript in ASP pages, ASP.NET, and Visual Basic for
Applications.

Of course, hard-core issues related to JavaScript, VBScript, and other
languages belong in the newsgroups dedicated to those languages.
