Purge Deleted Accounts

Are there any utilities available that allow administrators to purge deleted
Active Directory accounts? We have a high turn over in user accounts and
each deleted account continues to use a client access license on the domain
controller. Manually revolking the licenses is only a short term solution and
eventually we run out of available licenses and I have to manually revolk
them again.

License logging is buggy and is not mandatory. If you've really deleted the
user objects, not just disabled them, and are seeing them use licenses,
you're seeing one license logging problem now. I suggest you disable license
logging on all your DCs and keep track of your licenses manually - this is
what most people I know do.

Does License logging work properly in Server 2003? We'll be upgrading our
domain controllers in a few months.
