Pulldown menus

I'm using frontpage 2002. How do I create a pulldown menu for my webpage so
I don't have to do a regular link bar. A link bar similar to the one listed
in Forms. TIA

Strangely enough MS built this feature into FrontPage
with an easy to use wizard, but never turned it on!
