Pull down menus

Is it possible to set the pull down menus to open full view instead of having
them open part way, and then clicking the down arrow. It's such a pain....

Right click in the toolbar area. Select Customize from the context
sensitive menu which opens. Then select the Options tab. Place a
checkmark in "Always show full menus"

Click OK
