Pull down menu problems

I'm using Outlook 2003 on a WindowsXP SP2 box. None of the pull down menus
are working. In other words, if I click on 'File', 'Edit', etc. or if I
right click a message no menu comes up. It appears as if the shadow for the
menu is being drawn, but no menu and obviously nothing to select. Any ideas?

It's a shot in the dark, but make sure your video driver is current.

Thanks Brian, but no luck. I've installed the latest video driver and I
still have the problem. It's only with Outlook. No other Office program is
affected. All the latest patches have been applied to both Windows and
Office.
