Publishing to the Web

I am trying the new 2007 Outlook and want to publish to the web (neat
feature). However, all I get is the box that tells me what the three steps
are that the wizard will guide me through. No place to click to say
continue, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
 
did you choose the office online option? There should be a next button at
the lower right (along with a cancel button). What is your screen
resolution? Can you see the entire dialog?
