B Benjamin Orozco Jan 2, 2005 #2 If you go to File pull down menu, you can select the Print option and then select the acrobat writer driver. If you don't select print area it will create a PDF file of the entire sheet. Hope it works for you

J Jack Jan 24, 2005 #4 Open office is a great tool. You could also use Adobe Acrobat or any other pdf creation tool such as win2pdf
