publishing themes

When I publish, themes don't get uploaded. Any idea whats happening/I'm doing wrong?
 
How are you publishing and does the remote server have the FP extensions?

I'm publishing by simply using the "publish site" from the file drop down menu which brings up the files in the window. I'm checking with my ISP, but they're pretty big, so I'd be surprised if they don't support extensions. I ordered extension support when I ordered the URL, service, etc. Thanks
