Publishing problem

I have tried to copy our intranet web site to my hard drive on several
occassions. I get the following error message: " An error occurred accessing
your FrontPage web files. Authors if authoring against a web server, please
contact the web master for this server site. Web masters see the server's
system log for more details." We have FrontPage 2000, and our server OS is
Windows NT. I have tried to publish to the hard drive and I also tried to
import from the hard drive, with the exact same results. Does anyone know
why this error message occurs?

What were you told when your asked this question of your
webmaster (the person or persons who administer your
intranet server)?

If there are any files bigger than about 1Mbyte then this could be the
problem. There is a known issue with files of this size on some (not all)
systems, particularly when importing.

Try marking these files (if any) as "Do not publish" on the web you are
publishing from, then publish the web. If now successful move the files
with Windows Explorer or an FTP client, as appropriate.

Note: Do not import entire web sites - this will lead to problems.
