publishing my site on Front Page 8

When I try to publish, I get this message and do not know what to do about
it. "Could not find a web server at (my server name) on Port 21. Make sure
your proxy settings are set correctly." I have not changed anything and never
had this message in the 3 years my site has been up. Where do I check my
proxy settings??? Can anyone help??

Port 21 is FTP. Check to make sure the web site settings are
http://www.example.com and not using an FTP.

Sign into your webhosting control panel and check FPSE. They might have
become corrupted.

Have you recently added a firewall or changed it's settings?
If so, make sure it is set to allow internet access for FrontPage.
