Publishing Free/Busy Time

Mr B

I was reading in the Help section that I can set our PCs to publish each person's Free/Busy time to
our local server. Can anyone give me any extra information on hos I do this?

I went to Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Free-Busy Time and foudn where I can setr it to do that.
THe question is how exactly do I specify where to publish the information to, and how do I get all
my PCs to be able to retireve the informatino to make it useful to everybody?

THere's no Browse button so do I need to just type in a folder such as (X:\schedule) or something
different?

Just can't get it to work.

Thanks.

Did you ask Help how to do this? Type in "Publish Free/busy" and see what
you get. Once you read the basics, post back with any follow-up questions.

I already read the help which told me wher eto find the options and where to go to type in where I
want to publish (which I stated originally) but it doesn't give much specific information.

Here's what it says:

Anyone who you give the location to or who acquires it through other means can access your free/busy
times.

In the Publish at my location box, type the name of the server where your free/busy information is
stored.
Note The name you specify, such as file://computername/public/name.vfb, can include FTP, HTTP, or
file URLs.

So, what do I type in the box? Do I use one file for everyone or does each person publish their
free time to a different file? I don't see where it gives me the complete information needed to set
it up and get it working...
