Publisher to Frontpage 2003

I did a website using publisher and would like to convert it to Frontpage
2003. Any idea if I can do it? If so, how?

Don't waste your time, just start over again in FP.

You used the worng tool ... start over using the right tool and the results
will be much better. Publisher is for Desktop publishing ... FP is for web
work.
