I went through the process of saving my PowerPoint presentation as a Single
File Web Page. But now how do I make it available to other people in my
company and to people outside my company?

Our company does not have a Web site, does this matter?

Please help, I have been struggling with this all day!

Put all the files that are made when converting to html into one folder. Use
a Zip program to condense the files, then try emailing as an attachment. You
could put in the email instructions for the recipients to double click on the
HTML file after they've unzipped the file.
Another option would be to burn to CD and distribute.
Hope this helps!!!

You'll need to email the file to each recipient or make it available on CD or a
LAN or some other means.

John F's advice is good except that since you mention you're making single file
HTML, you won't need to worry about zipping up all the support files ... there
aren't any. It's all inside the single html file already.

On the other hand, understand that not all browsers can play single file html.
