Published Page Not Refreshing-For Me!

I have a weird one. I have added links to my link page. It looks fine in preview. When I publish it, only half the new links show. No blank spaces, they just are not there! I refresh, hard refresh and use internet options emptying my temp files until I am blue in the face, still, they don't show. Now here is where it gets weird. They show on my husbands computer, and on my laptop. What am I missing here? This is driving me crazy!! Thanks to any who reply.

You need to look for the differences in the machines
- IE version, IE settings, ISP, Firewalls, Pop up /ad blockers, etc
