Publish with Word

When I publish my reports with Word, I am losing the formatting. Is there
anything I can do to salvage the formatting that I have made with the reports
in Access? Or do I just need to re-format them once I get them into Word?

My real goal is to turn these repoorts into PDF format and to do that, I
need to first put them into word. Any suggestions?

Matt,

You will lose formatting when you transfer as rtf to word.
Not much you can do about that.

Snapshot will maintain your report look.

Why not print your report directly to your pdf printer?
