Publish Web Problems - Publishing All Pages

Hi - I'm using FP2000 to maintain a club website. I've been maintaining it
for a couple years - same program, same host. Within the last month, every
time I publish an update, all files are uploaded to the server, rather than
just the changed ones. The "Publish Web" window setting is "Publish changed
pages only", but it doesn't matter. It's a large, graphics-rich web, so it
takes a significant amount of time. I can't find anything that's changed, so
I'm not sure where to tackle the problem. All suggestions appreciated.

Check your system clock and check with your host regarding their server's
system clock.
