Public folders/calendars

We use public folders/calendars for teachers who schedule instructional
computer lab time in different computer labs. Each room is a separate
calendar. Teachers are allowed to sign up for a computer lab up to one month
in advance. The only way I know to check is to MANUALLY look at each
resource and delete the entries over the time limit. Is there a way to
automatically restrict their access beyond a certain point. Any suggestions?

Maybe with a custom form or an event sink on the server.... or address the
behavior problems of those who don't follow the rules (certainly teachers
who expect student to follow rules can be expected to follow rules also?) -
or revisit the policy that says they can't book more than 30 days ahead.
