Public folder showing in My Contacts

How do I add a Public Contacts Folder to the list of available contacts
folders in My Contacts in the navigation pane?

Right click it and choose Add to Favorites. Folders in your Public
Folders/Favorites hiearchy will automatically appear in the nav pane.
