Public Folder contacts form: 1 field can't be edited

One specific contact, which is set up like all other contact forms in
our public folder, won't let us edit the notes section. You can
delete, select all, copy and paste from within the notes field but you
can't paste anything from outside the field or type anything. Every
other field in this contact can be edited and changes can be saved.

It doesn't seem to be a permissions error, since this isn't happening
with any of the other contacts in the folder. It's just one field on
one contact. Any suggestions?

I have a couple of appointments that won't save changes to the notes field
either - I'm trying to paste a screenshot in and it works for other
appointments but it's not saved in two of the appointments. I haven't
figured out what is different and haven't taken the time to recreate the
appointment. I don't know if I created it in an older version or if
something else is wrong. It's not size related - the appointment has less
than 50 characters in the body and the screenshot is trimmed to about 3x3
inches.
