pst's Non-Unicode to Unicode

I am moving pst files from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003. Is there any way of
changing the files from the non-unicode format to unicode? If not, and I copy
the pst files to Outlook 2003, will it mean that any on-going e-mail,
calendar or contact entries will remain in the less efficient Outlook 97-2002
format?

If at some point I archive the current files (or most of them at least) can
I then change to the 2003 format?

Thanks for any input.

This newsgroup is for queries about using external data with Microsoft

is a good place to start.

Thanks John. I picked up on the import/export section and didn't notice I was
in the wrong section.
