PST's always drop

One of the biggest issues that I have is that users are constantly losing their "PST" files. They are on a network shared (HOME) folder for the users, and I need to go back and re associate the shares. This is a frequent occurrence, how can I prevent this from happening?

They have always been on a network, the PST's are sitting on a NAS server and they are connected, this does not always happen, but it is the most frequent occurrence..

As Diane already stated, networked PSTs are not supported. This doesn't
mean that it will not work; it is simply not guaranteed to always work.
Exactly as you are experiencing.

In addition to what others have said, you are running a risk of corrupting the
PSTs by hosting them on a network share.
