PSTools PsExec on XP "Access is Denied"

Challenger P/L Networking

I have a Windows XP workgroup set up over a netgear hub. When I try
to use psexec to launch an application over the network on an XP host,
psexec tells
me it can't connect and access is denied. I've set up useraccounts on
all machines in the network with administrative privileges, and I use
these user names and passwords when running psexec. Do I have to set
up WinXP to allow remote connections?
