.pst password

I set a password on a .pst folder in Outlokk 2007. I assumed the password
would be requested when trying to open/expand the folder. Instead I get 'The
set of folders cannot be opened. The server is not available'

I have tried to unset the password through Data File Management / Settings
etc. but am getting the same message.

What have I done wrong if anything? Any advice would be appreciated.
 
No. I can't actually follow what I am supposed to do with it. I haven't
actually forgotten the password. Just that the folder won't open.
 
The utility is supposed to strip the password from the pst file. Did you read
the attached file that came with it?
