.pst group policy setting in 2003

hi everybody
i'm trying to set a policy for a default location for .pst files trough
(outlook11.adm)
Miscellaneous -> PST settings -> default location for pst files
where i set in the field: \\isa\archive$\%username%\archief2003.pst verwijst

But this doesn't work and in outlook always stands this: c:\documents and
settings\....

Somebody knows a registry setting or something else to do this??
