PST Files

Hello, I setup an Outlook profile to include a Personal
Folder, pointing to a PST file on the user's local hard
drive. The user also has an older copy of a PST file out
in her home folder on the server. Somehow, a second
Personal Folders service was added and points to the PST
file in the user's home folder on the server, yet the user
insists they did not add it themselves. Has anyone ever
seen where something else causes a service to be added
(e.g. a rule)? Thanks.

Regards,

Randy

No. you can sometimes get ghosts of PST files but they usually give no real
access to that file. I'd say it's been opened or added by someone.
