.pst file would not load automatically for roaming users

The users that I have on roaming profiles cannot retain
their .pst stored in the network drive.
I can load it without any problems, but once they reboot
the .pst is gone and needs to be manually mapped again.
The .pst files is stored in their mapped network share,
which has a login script net use cmd (no problems there).
Any thoughts?
