pst failed crc

I have a user on w2k and outlook 2002. Her pst file is only 200megs. I
cannot due a repair using scanpst.exe because of a crc failure. Is there any
other way of correcting this problem?

CRC errors are indicative of disk hardware problems. See if CHKDSK or
SCANDISK will help.
