PSEXEC utility

hi friends,
I have been working on PSEXEC utility for remote installation
purposes.
Iam using client server architecture along with this.
I need to know what exactly a PSEXEC command returns when it succeds
and what it returns when it fails.
Pls send me answers with appropriate examples.

ERRORLEVEL 0 = Success
ERRORLEVEL 1 = Failure
