psapi.dll driver error

I have Windows Me, everytime I boot up I get an error message that says a necessary driver psapi.dll could not be found. How do I fix the problem?

You most likely have stubborn parasite on your machine. CoolWebSearch.
The only thing that can get rid of it properly is CoolWeb Shredder
