proxomitron close window on specific URL

I want to have proxomitron close a window when a specific URL is
addressed by my browser. I suppose I need some local http-server that
returns a java-script closing the window. Any suggestions?

Might it not be possible to modify the pop-up window killer - or
failing that perhaps you could trigger a redirect on the URL in
question?
