Help!
I would like to provide some users admin rights to their workstations, but
don't want to visit each workstation. Can this be done through AD and how
can this be done. Any help is appreciated.

So you want to do a sizable number of 1 to 1 mappings,
i.e. this user that machine, this other user that other machine,
over, and over, and over - one or few distinct user(s) on
one or few machines, some other with other machines(s)
??
If so, group policy is not really your solution, at least not without
MDOK or other group policy enhancement, except via a startup
or shutdown script (that knows the account/machine mappings).
