Providing Remote Time Service

Dear Users

Does Windows XP Pro provide remote time service using the network time
protocol?
If so, how could I configure it for clients access?
If not, any other alternatives available?

Windows XP does not provide an NTP server but you can download and install
one. Use Google or Download.com to find one.
