Provide a method to unblock attachments if virus software instlld

Some method must be provided to get to any and all attachments if virus
software is installed. I am a professional IT person and understand the
risks and take appropriate precautions. I will have to use other e-mail
clients if you do not provide some way to unblock these attachments. The
list of blocked attachments seems to be overly long.
