Provide a desktop in multiple languages

Hi,

I have been asked to deploy an application using WTS. so
far nothing major, right?

The problem is that I have one WTS server and I need to
provide this application and a desktop that is in that
locations native language. This means that I have to
provide a desktop in French, German and English!

I have installed all the input locales so the keyboard and
language settings can be changed per session, but I don't
think I can do anything about the actual desktop language.

Does anyone know if it can be done?

You have to install the Multilanguage pack.
The base installation of the server must be English.
