Protecting Worksheet Cells

I am creating a form in Excel and protecting the cells I don't want users to
be able to edit. This also allows me to hit the tab or enter keys to jump
to the next available cell. I am able to hit "tab" so it jumps to each
available cell from left to right, but at the end of the first row, it jumps
to columns on the right of the form which have no data in them and will go
on infinitely. So, I have to hit "enter" at the end of each row to move
down, then "home" to go the far left side of the form.

Is there a way to direct the "tab" key to wrap to the next row, first
available cell? Or is there another solution?

Thanks!

And after you lock/unlock the cells, the worksheet has to be protected.

Format|Cells|protection tab (to lock/unlock)

Tools|Protection|protect sheet (to protect the worksheet)
