Protecting emails

I have a reunion site set up and have alumni entering their name, email,
etc... on a form which puts it in a database. I do not show the emails on the
results page. I would like to have the option for alumni to click on a name
in some form, and have it send an email to that person without showing them
the email.

Any ideas?
