I have a document that is set up to fill out like a form. The problem that I
am having is that there is a space that I need to insert a picture. When I
protect the document, it won't let me insert. Any suggestions?

It's possible to insert a picture into an UNPROTECTED section of a protected
section of a form. Not a whole lot you can do with it once it's there...

If you need text flow, you can anchor a frame in an unprotected section, lock
the anchor there, then drag the frame up into the text that should flow.
Because the frame is anchored in an unprotected section there's no problem
inserting a picture into it.
