Hello all

I'm trying to protect a macro. I've gone in to Project
Properties and ticked the Protection box, but I can still
view and change the macro. What am I doing wrong?

Many thanks

Richard

as long as you have ticked the box just for viewing and
typed in the password, no one can access the macro (when
they open it) unless they put in the password.

you will be able to view the macro up until you close the
workbook!

when you re-open it it will have the password active so
you wont be able to view it!

Thank you,

Hi Richard,
Did you add a password (on the same protection tab) ?
Regards,
JY

Thanks Robert, I hadn't closed the workbook. I knew it
must be something simple that I was doing wrong.

Thanks

Richard
