Is there any utility which can protect ones
email address from being pickedup by the
intruders from ones computer.

There's no need to have any intruders poking around on your computer in the
first place!

Install a solid freeware firewall like Zone Alarm:

Keep your antivirus program updated and visit Windows Update at least once a
month to keep your system patched. If you don't have antivirus software
installed, consider the freeware version of AVG:
http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

And munge your email address when posting to Usenet so that you don't just
give it away to everyone: http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm (Is that
"aah @ chnkcomnet" address real?)

No it is not real address.
I am not talking about ngs.
I meant access to ie sites outside ng.
