Protect worksheet so user don't have access to TOOLS - OPTIONS

Hi

I am trying to protect a workbook and allworksheets.

I know how to do it but the problem is that I want to block the user
on use of Tools - Options (in the menu bar).

P.S. I am using Excel 2003

Not possible. You would have to write macros that remove the Tools menu,
and the user only need not enable macros to prevent them from running.
