Protect Word Document

I created a Word 2003 document with form fields. The problem I have is when
users type in the fields to the end of the page it goes to the next page
automatically.

Is there a way to protect the document so that it stops at the end of the
page without moving to the next page?

Hi Greg,

You can set a limit to the length of the text entry in a formfield. Alternatively, if you put the formfields into table cells (eg in
a one-cell table) with fixed dimensions, anything extra the users type beyond what fits in the cell simply won't show on screen.
