Protect formula

Hi,

Is there a way to protect a formula from being deleted in a cell if a person
deletes the contents (value)??

thank you. i was hoping there was a way to do it but oh well....back to the
drawing board!!
 
Hi Gav,

To do this, set the cell's protection to 'locked' and activate the
worksheet's protection.

Note that it is not possible to delete a formula's result without deleting
the formula.
