ProPoxy.exe error

When I start my computer, or restart my computer I get an
error message. It reads as follows:
ProPoxy.exe Entry Point Not Found
DecNewFileObject@@YAJBDOPAPAVIDecObject@@Z could not be
located in the dynamic link library Dec2.dll.


Any advice as to what this is, or what I need to do is
welcome!!

Are you sure the message doesn't say POProxy.exe?

If that's what it says, have you recently upgraded or installed Norton
AntiVirus? Or more likely, upgraded to XP without first uninstalling
NAV? See http://tinyurl.com/nbfy
If that isn't the exact problem, a search for POProxy at
http://www.symantec.com/search/ gives 138 hits. Happy reading.

Use Regedit and delete all references to
ProPoxy with the Find command.
