How does the WinForms PropertyGrid work?
Do they use reflection/Reflection.emit, to get the props and their values?

Can someone tell me?

PropertyGrid does indeed use reflection. It also takes notice of attributes
such as TypeConverterAttribute, EditorAttribute and BrowsableAttribute to
decide which properties to display and how.
