I have a table that has "id" "techname" "trucknumber" on a report i have
querried information from that table, it is giving me the "id" but I cant
seem to change it to show the actual "techname". What am I doing wrong?

What kind of control are you using in your report? A combo box, a text box
....
If it's a text box, just set it's control source to "techname". If it's a
combo box, make sure the rowsource includes "id" and "techname" and set the
column width for "id" to zero to hide it.
