Proofread a Word 2007 Document

I'm having to proofread and edit someone else's document. I need to know how
to strikeout a word?

Highlight the word, right click mouse, go to font - on the font tab under
effects check strikethrough or double strikethrough.

Although it has not been updated for Word 2007, it does explain the general
principles of Track Changes, which have not changed from earlier versions.
