Prompted for User Credentials

I am trying to log into my company intranet site and I am prompted for my username, password, and domain. When I put in my credentials it still won't log me into the intranet. I am logged into the domain with my user credentials. I have removed and then added my computer back into the domain and that didn't work. I have also tried from a different computer but that didn't work either. I have a domain account that is in all the correct security groups as the other emploees and the other employees are fine. They don't get prompted for user id, password, and domain. Any ideas

May be you don't have permission for folder where home directory (Or
virtual directory) folder are present.
