prompt user to change password before expiration

Our DC is not prompting users to change their passwords
before expiration. The system by default is set to prompt
user to change password before expiration 14 days before.
please send me any suggestions

Check that the setting is configured at the domain level - probably in the security
options of Domain Security Policy. --- Steve
