prompt command

I don't know how it happened, but i have a command prompt
on my start menue, it says documents and settings. I
don't want to delete it , because it may need to go back
to its oringenal location, can anyone help me. Thanks

It is probably just pinned to your start menu. You should be able to remove
it without any problems (famous last words).
